Are you paying a loyalty penalty for your broadband?

According to Citizens Advice, one out of every seven consumers is paying a loyalty penalty for their broadband services.

The loyalty penalty occurs when businesses charge loyal consumers more for the same goods or services than they do for new customers or clients who renegotiate their contracts. People are often paying more than necessary if they have been with their provider for longer than three years.

A variety of broadband options are available from Parish Buying's suppliers, including Fixed-line phone & broadband and Wireless community broadband, both of which we have already negotiated on your behalf. In addition, we oversee these contracts and can ensure continuing assistance from our devoted customer service team.
